The Most Memorable Part of Our Dubai Holiday?
Not the Beach. Not the City.

The Housekeeping Team.

On our recent family trip to Dubai, we spent most days exploring the city or relaxing by the pool or the beach. But the unexpected highlight happened every time we walked back into our room.

The housekeeping team turned a simple service into unforgettable moments.

Especially for our kids.

Each day brought a new surprise:

🐊 A crocodile made of towels welcoming us at the door
🐒 A monkey hanging from the mirror
🦢 A swan with rose petals on our final day
📖 A branded bookmark thoughtfully placed in my son’s book
☕ Double ration of Nespresso capsules (because they noticed I was drinking a lot!)

Same housekeeper. ’Musa’ was his name. Same room.
Consistent care. Personal touches.

A handwritten note with his name — “If you need anything, I’m here.”

These weren’t expensive gestures.

They were thoughtful ones.

And that made all the difference.

✅ The kids felt seen
✅ We felt cared for
✅ The brand earned loyal guests

In a world of luxury resorts, it’s rarely the marble bathrooms or infinity pools that stay with you…

It’s the humans behind the scene who pay attention to their guests and are ready to go the extra mile for them.
