Since their creation, the Hospitality Awards have recognised the efforts made at every level to improve hotel operations. The Local Awards are dedicated to individual initiatives developed within single properties, driven by the same commitment to innovation and excellence.

Ki Hotel

WINNER: Ki Space Hotel & Spa (Val d’Europe, France)

Located just minutes from Disneyland Paris, Ki Space Hotel & Spa redefines the hospitality experience through innovation and technology. This new-generation 4-star property blends contemporary design, digital convenience, and well-being in a concept tailored for modern travelers.

Guests enjoy smart rooms equipped with connected features, digital check-in, and interactive screens enhancing comfort and autonomy. Innovation extends beyond the rooms — from service robots to seamless mobile access, every touchpoint embodies intuitive hospitality.

The hotel’s 1,000 m² spa, heated pool, and wellness facilities add a premium lifestyle dimension, while family-friendly spaces, co-working areas, and kitchen-equipped suites meet the needs of both leisure and business guests.

Maison Heler Metz

COUP DE COEUR: Maison Heler Metz – Curio Collection by Hilton (France)

Opened in March 2025, Maison Heler Metz stands as a surreal landmark designed by Philippe Starck. The nine-story monolith crowned with a traditional Lorraine house transforms the city skyline into a living artwork. Blending poetry, architecture, and hospitality, the hotel offers 104 rooms, restaurants, and a rooftop cocktail bar overlooking Metz and the Centre Pompidou. Every detail—stained-glass windows by Ara Starck, symbolic objects, and bespoke rituals—immerses guests in the fictional world of Manfred Heler. Rooted in local craftsmanship and sustainable practices, Maison Heler Metz has become a cultural destination, redefining how art, imagination, and hospitality can converge.
