Hilton has announced that Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, is now accepting reservations ahead of its expected debut in early 2026. The property has been reimagined as a resort located between vineyards and the downtown area of Napa Valley. The opening will introduce a transformed hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton flag.

Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley reflects design work centered on public spaces and guest areas. The project features an approach intended to connect the resort with its surroundings. DyeLot Interiors led the redesign with an emphasis on the ecological character of the region and the hospitality model of Napa Valley. At the center of the arrival area is The Offering Tree, a feature surrounded by a sculptural hospitality table. The space is used for wine tastings in collaboration with local wineries and serves as a focal point for guest arrival.

The resort includes 203 guestrooms and suites. Rooms feature earth-tone palettes and wood accents. All rooms include coffee makers, tea kettles and temperature-controlled wine refrigerators. Select guestrooms and suites offer bi-fold doors that open to private patios with fire pits. The redesign provides access to a pool and hot tub surrounded by native landscaping. A redwood lawn with communal fire pits is available for activities such as reading or events that range from yoga sessions to wedding gatherings.

Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley includes more than 15,000 square feet of event space. The property has seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms and a lawn for outdoor functions. Indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to support meetings, retreats or social events.

Dining options at the resort include several venues. The Lobby Lounge offers drinks and small plates. Creekside Terrace serves breakfast, lunch or brunch. A grab-and-go market supplies items such as coffee, nuts and chocolates from local producers. In early 2026 a new restaurant will open on the property and will introduce a steakhouse concept to the Napa market. The venue will feature a menu centered on American Regional Cuisine along with a wine selection.

The resort includes a fitness center equipped with Peloton cardio equipment. Also scheduled for an early 2026 debut is The Spa at Casa Mani. The spa will provide treatments based on seasonal elements of the region and will use hand-blended botanicals. The facility includes five treatment rooms with one designed for couples. Guests will have access to the Hydrothermal Circuit which offers steam, sauna and a sensory shower.

Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley is positioned as an urban resort within the downtown area of Napa. The property will participate in Hilton Honors, which allows members to book stays and earn or use points across Hilton’s portfolio of hotel brands.

The development of Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley marks the introduction of a reimagined hospitality offering in the region. The resort’s approach brings together guestroom updates, expanded event space and new dining and wellness venues. The upcoming opening reflects the continued expansion of Hilton’s Curio Collection through projects that incorporate local context and individual property identity.

Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley is preparing for an opening in early 2026 and continues to accept reservations. As work progresses, the resort will complete the final stages of construction and service preparation in advance of welcoming its first guests.
