PriceLabs Empowers Independent Hotels with Data-Driven, Real-Time Pricing

Chicago, IL, 4 December 2025 — Revenue management software PriceLabs has upgraded its pricing recommendations for independent hotels, making them more accurate and frequent than ever before.

Revenue management has historically been the domain of larger hotel chains with specialists and teams entirely focused on the function. PriceLabs now offers independent hoteliers an alternative with best-in-class revenue management software in an affordable, AI-driven solution that aligns with their needs. Building on its success pricing over 500,000 short-term rental listings daily, it is now applying this proven approach to independent hotels.

PriceLabs has launched hyper-local, hourly pricing updates for its hotel revenue management platform, giving independent hotels a faster way to respond to shifting demand and changes in on-property occupancy. The new Real-Time Sync premium add-on refreshes pricing recommendations as frequently as every 60 minutes, helping hoteliers capture time-sensitive booking opportunities.

PriceLabs’ Hyper Local Pulse algorithm automates revenue management by dynamically adjusting rate recommendations based on publicly available data, competitor pricing trends, and occupancy levels, among other factors. Through a dashboard designed specifically for their needs, hotel operators can streamline pricing workflows, monitor performance, and implement custom pricing rules without hours of manual work.

Key benefits of PriceLabs:

  • Competitive data intelligence: Monitor publicly available rates from up to 350 nearby properties, saving time and ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Dynamic pricing: Responsive pricing adjustments based on occupancy, seasonality, lead time, and booking trends.
  • Custom reporting tools: Automated dashboards for tracking performance across key revenue metrics.
  • Widespread integration: Compatible with over 150 property management systems (PMS) and channel managers, including Cloudbeds and Mews.

One success story is UK boutique hotel The Coo’s Guest House. Owner Federica Mantovani praised the smooth onboarding process as a huge help for busy boutique hotel managers.

She commented: “If you’re a beginner, you can set up the account in just a few hours. On the other hand, if you are an experienced revenue manager who wants the strategy to be tailored, there are so many customizations available to let you go in as much depth as you want.”

Richie Khandelwal, Co-Founder and President of PriceLabs, said: “Independent hotels face increasing pressure to compete without the resources of major chains. Our aim is to give these operators access to affordable, data-driven revenue tools that are powerful but simple to use. Smarter pricing shouldn’t come at the cost of operational complexity.”

PriceLabs is committed to continuous innovation. Upcoming features for hoteliers include even more responsive occupancy-based pricing adjustments and an enhanced rate shopper, both of which aim to further increase efficiency and optimize revenue.
