US: Key International and Wexford Real Estate Investors will expand the Mr. C brand into Boca Raton, South Florida, with a luxury residential project.

Mr. C Residences Boca Raton is said to be the city’s first branded residential project in more than a decade.

The complex will contain over 100 private residences, divided into two- and three-bedroom setups, with features including custom Italian cabinetry, stone countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.

Arquitectonica and 1508 London will lead design, with the latter in charge of interiors. 1508 intends to create a “contemporary interpretation of classic European living.”

Amenities are to include a rooftop resort deck with an infinity pool and private cabanas, outdoor grill and dining areas and an open-air cinema. Lounge spaces offer billiards and card tables, a golf simulator and a children’s playroom.

On one of the 12 floors, the wellness level houses a spa and sauna as well as a gym, lap and plunge pools, meditation lawn, paddle sport courts and yoga studio.

Bellini Restaurant, located on a ground-floor landscaped terrace, and rooftop Mr. C Bar and Lounge offer in-house dining and social space.

“Mr. C was created to offer a contemporary interpretation of the comfort of home, blending timeless tradition with modern innovation through craftsmanship and genuine care,” said Ignazio Cipriani, president of Mr. C Hotels. “My brother and I are proud to expand the Mr. C story to Boca Raton and to extend our family experience through a residential offering that feels refined and elegant. From signature spaces like Bellini Restaurant to the rooftop residents-only Mr. C Bar and Lounge, Mr. C Residences Boca Raton reflects our commitment to creating a lifestyle defined by ease.”
